The Appointment Book can reflect days your office is closed due to holidays or vacations by graying out the entire day on the calendar. For example, you may designate New Year's day as a day when you are closed.
Choose Appointment Book | Block Entire Day(s) menu. Under the 'Closed/Blocked Days' tab of the Appointment Book Options Dialog, you may add/delete days your office is closed.
