The Appointment Book can reflect your normal business hours by graying out time slots based on present day of week. For example, you may designate Sunday as a day of week when you are closed.
Choose Tools | Appointment Book Options menu. Under the 'Normal Business Hours' tab of the Appointment Book Options Dialog, select the desired day of the week from the day of the week sub-tabs. Now you can specify whether you are open or closed on the selected day of week. You can specify your normal business hours if you are open on the selected day of week. Furthermore, the bottom portion of the dialog lets you specify time periods on the selected day of week when you are closed for a period of time such as Lunch.
You may repeat the process for other days of week by selecting the desired day of week from the sub-tab.
