To delete an appointment for a particular patient, open the patient folder first. Go to the 'Appointments' tab of the patient folder and select the appointment to delete and press the [Delete] button on the toolbar.
You can also delete an appointment displayed on the Appointment Book by selecting the appointment and pressing the "X" button on the Appointment Book toolbar.
