To block part of a work day, choose Appointment Book | Block Part of a Workday menu. [Select] the time slot to block from the left panel of the Block Time Slot(s) Dialog. The Start and End Time can be modified directly in the right panel of the Dialog to shrink or extend the blocked time slot.
