Help : Reset forgotten password
If you have not previously changed your password, your password is the same as your login name.
An Eye Rx Database user with Administrator rights can reset a user's password to login name.
Choose Tools | Manage System Users menu. Select the desired user on the System User Management Dialog
and press the [Reset Password] button to reset the password to login name.
