1. Choose Help | About Eye Rx Database menu. On the About Dialog, locate the value for Data Directory. This is the directory where your data currently resides. In order to move this data to the new location (directory), you will need to copy (or move) all files from your Data Directory to your new location (directory).
2. Choose File | Open Database menu in Eye Rx Database and choose the new location (directory). Choose Help | About Eye Rx Database menu to verify that the new location (directory) is displayed on the About Dialog.
3. Perform step 2 on all computers that access the same data
