Choose Tools | Manage System Users menu to manage users of Eye Rx Database.

The System User Management Dialog Box allows you to add new users and change permissions of existing users. Only users that are Adminstrators, as specified on the Edit Login Dialog, can manage system users. Once created, users cannot be deleted. You can, however, make a user inactive by unchecking the Is Active on Edit Login Dialog.

The password for a newly created user is always the same as the login name. For example, if you created a new login name called JSmith, the password is defaulted to JSmith as well.
