After you purchase a license for Eye Rx Database, you receive a Registration Code containing the name of the Vision Care Provider as it would appear on printed prescription forms. Choose Help | Enter Registration Code... menu in Eye Rx Database application to enter the Registration Code. Otherwise, you may continue using the software in trial mode for 30-days.
