Eye Rx Database is licensed to an Eye or Vision Care Professional (an individual) who is legally allowed to write vision correction prescriptions. Upon purchase, you receive a Registration Code containing the name of the Provider as it would appear on printed prescription forms. Choose Help | Enter Registration Code... menu in Eye Rx Database application to enter the Registration Code. Under the license, the Eye Rx Database may be installed on up to five (5) computers on licensee's network.
